Welcome a Unique Companion

Process

Every decision we make is in the best interest of the reptiles in our care, ensuring they have the best chance of finding a permanent, safe habitat. While you may be drawn to the appearance of a specific reptile, it’s important to remember that their personality and needs must align with your environment and lifestyle. Just like with reptiles, every creature has unique behaviors and preferences.

Therefore, it’s crucial to understand two things:
(1) Our process is consistent for all, ensuring fairness and thoroughness, and
(2) Our goal is not to frustrate you, but to find the best fit for both you and the reptile.

With a high success rate in rehoming reptiles, we take great pride in our program’s standards. Our ultimate priority is securing a happy, thriving future for every reptile in our care.

Once you’ve submitted your online adoption application, one of our team members will reach out to you ONLY IF YOU ARE APPROVED to meet the reptile you’ve applied for. We will contact you as soon as possible if we believe the reptile is a good match for your home and environment. Our goal is to ensure a perfect match, so patience is appreciated as we carefully assess each fit.

Meet Rey – $50

Rey is a 6-year-old male ball python who can be a bit shy at first, but enjoys exploring and doesn’t mind being handled. He has a preference for his food to be extra warm. Unfortunately, Rey’s previous adoption fell through, so he’s back on the hunt for his forever home! He’s had a rough start in life with improper care, which caused him to be stunted, but he’s ready for a fresh start. Rey is seeking a loving, responsible owner who will provide him with the care he deserves. Could that be you? Rey hopes so!

Meet Stitch – $50

Meet Stitch, a 1.5-year-old ball python in search of his forever home! Although he’s had some trouble shedding in the past, with increased humidity and soaks, he’s doing great and eating well! Stitch’s new home will need to maintain proper humidity levels to keep him comfortable. He loves being handled and would make a wonderful snuggle buddy! Could you be the forever home Stitch has been waiting for?

Meet BellaBall – $50

BellaBall is an 8-year-old female ball python with a gentle, shy temperament. She is still learning to trust people, so she needs an owner who can approach her with calmness and patience. BellaBall would thrive in a home with someone who understands the importance of building trust over time. She requires a 4x2x2 enclosure to feel comfortable. BellaBall has shown no signs of aggression—no biting or striking. Instead, she is a cautious, timid snake who simply needs the right person to help her feel secure. Could you be the special human to offer BellaBall the love and care she deserves?

Meet Juice – $50 – PENDING

Juice is an adorable, 4-year-old bearded dragon with a sweet personality and a whole lot of charm! Although their gender is currently unknown, Juice is friendly, active, and ready to be spoiled by their forever family. At just over 2 feet long, Juice will need a spacious long-term home, so we recommend a 5x2x2 enclosure. Juice’s quarantine period ends on January 25th, and they will be available for adoption then. If you’re looking for a loving, sociable dragon who loves attention, Juice could be the perfect match for you!

Meet Ducky – $50 – PENDING

Meet Ducky, the 5 year old (in May) beardie with more personality than most people you know! He loves to explore, nap in laundry baskets, and climb anything he can! Ducky loves his greens and bugs. He loves to snuggle and have all the attention he can get from you. He certainly prefers to be the center of attention, so he would do best in a home where he is number 1. Ducky is the beardie who brings all the love and a little bit of spice! If he sounds like the perfect fit for you, apply below!

Meet ButterCup – $50

Buttercup is a 5-year-old bearded dragon with nutritional MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease). While his condition hasn’t worsened, he does have a noticeable hump and a crooked tail as a result of his previous nutritional deficiency. Despite this, Buttercup is an incredibly friendly and social dragon who loves his hornworms! He would thrive in a home with older children and with someone who can help manage his MBD to prevent further progression. Buttercup enjoys being held and is ready to become your loyal, forever companion! Will you take him home?

Meet Fiji – $50

Fiji is a 3-year-old female iguana who was sadly found abandoned on the streets of New Britain. When she arrived, she was frightened and had a broken tail, which has since been amputated. She’s healing wonderfully and has developed into a friendly, active iguana who loves to munch on her greens. Fiji would thrive in a home with older children who can give her the care and attention she needs. Could Fiji be the perfect addition to your family?

Meet Maximus – $50- PENDING

Maximus is a 2-and-a-half-year-old male Green Iguana (Orange morph) who is still adjusting to handling but will warm up with patience and time. He’s in the process of gaining weight and would thrive in a home with someone who understands proper iguana care. Maximus would do best in a household without young children, where he can receive the attention and care he needs. He would love free roaming in a room at least 2x a week. If Maximus sounds like the perfect fit for your home, apply today!

Meet Puck

Puck was hit by a car, skidding across the road like a hockey puck. Puck is a full-grown male yellow-bellied slider, and we suspect he may have been a pet that was abandoned. When we first found him, he was severely dehydrated and had road rash, but he’s come a long way since then. After about five months together, he’s become very comfortable. He eagerly eats anything offered and loves lounging on his rock to bask. He’s truly a beautiful turtle who is just looking for his forever home. Can that be you?

Meet King Stephen – $50

King Stephen is a 3-and-a-half-year-old male crocodile gecko who was rescued from an animal hoarding situation. While he’s naturally a bit shy, he’s gradually becoming more comfortable with human interaction. King Stephen would thrive with an owner who understands crocodile gecko behavior and is patient enough to work with him. He has dropped his tail a few times but has successfully regrown it each time. Could you provide a safe, loving home where this sweet boy can feel secure and truly thrive?
